Christian Counseling
I believe that professional counseling and Christian faith can work alongside one another in meaningful ways.
When desired, counseling may incorporate Christian beliefs, biblical principles, prayer, or exploration of spiritual questions as part of the therapeutic process. These elements are integrated thoughtfully and in a way that respects your individual beliefs, experiences, and goals.
Faith-informed counseling does not mean that every struggle has a simple spiritual answer. Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and other emotional challenges can be complex. Seeking professional help during these times does not have to be viewed as a lack of faith.
Instead, counseling can provide a safe place to explore both your emotional well-being and the role your faith may play in healing, coping, decision-making, relationships, and personal growth.
